Helping people become firmly rooted and established in a healthy connection to self and others

Grace Combs, LSW
In the words of Dave Pelzer, “It is important for people to know that no matter what lies in their past, they can overcome the dark side and press on to a brighter world..” As a clinician, I take joy in helping others find the path to hope and joy in their lives when it feels like it has abandoned us.
I believe that every day is a chance to change your life. Choosing to take that first step is incredibly difficult and takes courage. If your days feel dark and you’re wishing to feel more happiness, I can help you navigate those feelings, process the reasons behind them, and support you with finding your path.
I have experience working with both adults and children as young as 5 years old. My work focuses on a client-centered approach while using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, Somatic Awareness, Expressive Arts, Attachment Theory, Strengths Based, Internal Family Systems, and direct and non-direct play therapy. I have experience supporting a wide variety of struggles such as children struggling with emotional regulation, developmental disabilities, grief, trauma, families in conflict, and adults needing support with life transitions. My focus areas include mood disorders, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, family conflict, first responders, and health care workers. I am dedicated to walking with you through your journey towards healing and a happier life.
