I have experience working with both adults and children as young as 5 years old. My work focuses on a client-centered approach while using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, Somatic Awareness, Expressive Arts, Attachment Theory, Strengths Based, Internal Family Systems, and direct and non-direct play therapy.  I have experience supporting a wide variety of struggles such as children struggling with emotional regulation, developmental disabilities, grief, trauma, families in conflict, and adults needing support with life transitions. My focus areas include mood disorders, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, family conflict, first responders, and health care workers. I am dedicated to walking with you through your journey towards healing and a happier life.
