Jazmine Beal, Master Level Intern

Navigating life is a unique journey for each of us. It's not about reaching a finish line, but rather embracing the continuous process of moving forward, one step at a time. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with daily challenges, or learning how to adapt to change, we can create a space where you can explore these challenges openly. Therapy offers a chance to unravel the complexities of your life, to gain insight into the patterns that hold you back, and to rediscover your strengths. It’s a place where you can find clarity amidst confusion, and begin to build a life that aligns with your true self.

My approach to counseling is holistic, providing wraparound support tailored to your unique experiences. Our intersectional identities shape the way we are treated, rejected, and accepted. I integrate trauma-informed practices with coping strategies, somatic-based therapy, and Internal Family Systems to address the complexities of your life.

I am here to offer support and guidance as you take the brave step towards therapy. I want to partner alongside you to work through what you have experienced, where you are now, and where you desire to be. Feelings are temporary, how we navigate those feelings can either propel us forward or hold us back.
