Sarah Lebovic, Master Level Intern

Life includes a lot of stressors expected and unexpected. Connections can become tricky. Transitions? Overwhelming. Sometimes we need a little support finding our way through the ups and downs of daily living. Seeking help can be daunting, but it is also a brave step towards making positive change.

Thank you for considering me as your counselor specializing in trauma, grief, and relational issues. My therapeutic approach centers around building a compassionate collaboration where you can explore your inner world and work towards your goals. The human spirit is resilient, and I’m committed to empowering you to reauthor your story in a way that aligns with your true values, strengths, and aspirations.

Whatever struggle you are going through, I strive to create a non-judgmental and warm environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I support individuals from all walks of life: children, teens, individual adults, couples, parents, and families. Deeply knowing yourself will enhance your ability to more effectively connect with self and others. My goal is to provide you with the tools and insights needed to navigate your wellness journey to healing, and growth.
