TJ Marxer, Master Level Intern

We all carry stories, narratives that shape our lives in profound ways. How we engage with our life's narrative can significantly impact our health, relationships, spirituality, and overall well-being. When you find yourself feeling broken, anxious, alone, or lost, taking that courageous step to seek help marks the beginning of a transformative journey. I commend you for taking this step!

I deeply respect the commitment you are making to understand your story and work towards wellness. My approach is centered around you — understanding your unique identity and envisioning what wellness means for your life. I believe in the power of healing through genuine connections with others, and hope to offer that in our time together. Therefore, I offer a non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences and collaboratively set actionable goals for your journey towards health and wellness.

Central to my practice is the belief that every individual possesses inherent worth and potential for positive change. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your story, harnessing strengths and resilience to encounter lasting growth.
