Helping people become firmly rooted and established in a healthy connection to self and others

Allee Potts, Master Level Intern
We all carry stories: the different moments, relationships, events, and circumstances that have shaped and impacted us. As humans, we all have a deep longing and need for relationships. Early relationships often create the framework for perceiving and interacting with others.
Our experiences throughout our development lead us to internalize messages and form beliefs about who we are and how to interact with others. Early traumas, losses, and relational dysfunction can lead to present pain and distorted views of how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
It is my belief that every person holds inherent worth and that there is a path toward healing and connection.
My intention is to walk alongside you as you move towards greater freedom, wellness, and flourishing. I aim to create a safe and open space for you to process your own experiences and stories.
