Brenna Mack, Master Level Intern

When navigating life itself feels daunting, I recognize that embarking on the counseling journey can feel equally so. When you feel lost, stuck, anxious, alone, or exhausted – and you’re just trying to figure out how you can make it through – it takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for help. Knowing this, I want to honor your efforts and provide you with a warm, supportive environment to pursue both resolution and healing.

It is my fundamental belief that every person holds unique and inherent dignity and that real transformation comes within the context of meaningful connection with others. Therefore, I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are. In this way, I endeavor to support you as you process your experiences, make meaning of your story, and take active steps toward the life you long to live.

Ultimately, I believe at my core that there exists a trajectory forward for each person toward greater freedom, wholeness, and flourishing, and I consider it a true privilege to partner with you in yours.

About Brenna

Brenna is graduating with her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in December 2023. She was born and raised an east coast gal, but has fallen in love with Colorado since her move here in 2020. In her free time, Brenna loves reading, baking, working out, exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and eating all things sweet!

With curiosity and warmth, Brenna employs a therapeutic approach that incorporates attachment theory, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and experiential processing. She desires to contextualize her care to your particular needs and collaborate with you in both the creation and fulfillment of your personal goals for counseling.

Brenna is currently accepting new clients at the Lakewood Location and accepts Colorado Medicaid (all regions), Cigna and private pay. Brenna's private pay rate is $80 (reduced rate available for those in need).
