Brenna Mack, LPCC

When navigating life itself feels daunting, I recognize that embarking on the counseling journey can feel equally so. When you feel lost, stuck, anxious, alone, or exhausted – and you’re just trying to figure out how you can make it through – it takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for help. Knowing this, I want to honor your efforts and provide you with a warm, supportive environment to pursue both resolution and healing.

It is my fundamental belief that every person holds unique and inherent dignity and that real transformation comes within the context of meaningful connection with others. Therefore, I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are. In this way, I endeavor to support you as you process your experiences, make meaning of your story, and take active steps toward the life you long to live.

Ultimately, I believe at my core that there exists a trajectory forward for each person toward greater freedom, wholeness, and flourishing, and I consider it a true privilege to partner with you in yours.
