Caitlin Bader, Master Level Intern

Every individual is unique and has a distinctive perspective. There are many factors that contribute to the way we operate whether it is significant life events, relationships, or stressors. We are hard-wired to be in relationships with others. Relationships have a big impact on the way we are able to interact with others.

My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that you are your own expert of your story and that with a strong therapeutic relationship comes flourishing and growth. My intention is to create an authentic and empathetic environment where you are able to process your unique experience and to listen to your story out of a place of compassion and care.

It takes a lot of courage to seek help in counseling, and I want to honor your courage as I collaborate with you in experiencing freedom and creating change.
