Cori Niles, Master Level Intern

Sometimes being in the world and in relationships can be so challenging and feel like too much to bear alone. It can also feel overwhelming to reach out for help or to even admit you are struggling. Whatever may bring you to therapy, I recognize the bravery and strength required to start the process. My goal is to provide a space where you will experience peace and a sense of belonging. I would love to have the opportunity to partner with you on your search for a deeper understanding of yourself and your story.

My approach to counseling is founded on a firm belief in your goodness and your capacity to grow through relationship. My hope is that we can co-create a space that empowers you to move toward change and even flourishing. I believe the wisdom held within our bodies will support this process of healing - an experience that is both difficult and beautiful.

I aim to bring warmth and authenticity to our time together, with a hope that you can show up wholeheartedly alongside me. My desire for our work together is to provide a haven in which you can engage with all the parts that make you uniquely you. I truly believe healing and change is possible, and I'd be honored to join you on your journey toward wholeness.
