FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

We proudly accept all regions of Colorado Medicaid. We also accept Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Kaiser/ Carelon, and Optum.

*Not all insurance plans are covered, please check your specific plan to see if we are in Network.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept Medicare, unless it is paired with Medicaid.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits (not necessary for Medicaid members):

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental/behavioral health benefits?

  • Is there a deductible for these services? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  • Do I have a co-pay amount per session, if so, what is it?

  • If you plan to use an EAP - How many sessions do I have? What is the authorization code? What is the start and end date for the authorization?

*We currently accept one round of EAP per calendar year.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

We are pleased to offer affordable counseling options. Our provisionally licensed counselors and master level interns provide access to quality care, supervised by licensed members of our team, at reduced rates. Learn more here!

We also offer a sliding scale based on federal poverty guidelines for those who need lower fees.

Do you provide online counseling?

Currently, we provide Telehealth through a HIPAA- secure video conferencing platform called Simple Practice.  It is free to download on a mobile device as well as a desktop computer. The HIPAA- secure video platform on Zoom is also used for recording sessions when consent is given by clients.

We do not provide counseling via email or text messaging.
