One of my favorite quotes goes something like this: realizing where you are is meant to give you hope of where you get to go, not shame of where you are. There is hope in healing. Whether you struggle from trauma, depression, anxiety, or something you don't know how to put a name on, there is hope for you.

 

I specialize in many different environments, however I have specific areas of expertise. I have expertise with adolescence and adults working through different issues such as trauma, identity, self-image, eating disorders, and men’s issues. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and helping them through their hardships and bringing them towards a point of healing. I seek to function from a psychodynamic therapeutic modality. Simply put, I counsel in a way to seek to understand what's underneath and to help you connect the dots and work towards redemption.
