We can all feel a little lost sometimes in the demands of life. Each day we are faced with competing priorities and seemingly endless choices on where to focus our attention. The choice to pursue counseling is costly, and the moving pieces of time management, financial load and emotional investment can feel overwhelming.

In my role as the Administrative Coordinator, I hope to provide a patient presence to help guide clients through the process of setting up, managing and concluding their therapeutic process.

I have experience in the counseling room as both a client and a clinician, and I hope to provide a gentle listening ear as we ensure each client is cared for even in the pragmatic aspects of pursuing therapy.
