Mary Roach, Master Intern

Healing and changing takes work! As humans, we are inherently worthy of thriving through continual growth. I believe that each and every person has unique beauty and personal strengths that display when we are challenged to grow and strive towards finding purpose, in turn experiencing freedom.

As a counselor, I base the counseling relationship on acceptance, trust, and instilling hope. I work with people of all ages and am equipped to work with several challenges including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, lifestyle adjustments, and interpersonal relationships.

Within the counseling room, I integrate several theories and techniques beginning with Narrative Therapy as I believe that the person is the expert of their own life.
