Seth Fuller, Master Level Intern

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling to cope? You're not alone. I'm Seth, and I have a passion for helping individuals heal and grow from the challenges we each uniquely face in life. Drawing from an array of clinically-proven therapies, I'm able to tailor my approach to your specific needs as I come alongside you in your journey. We all have different parts of our selves that inform our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By exploring these inner dynamics with curiosity and compassion, we can uncover the underlying patterns and wounds that may be holding you back from living a healthy, whole, and authentic life.

Our early experiences with caregivers profoundly shape our relational patterns and sense of self. By exploring your attachment history and current relationship dynamics, we can work towards building healthier, more secure connections with yourself and others. At the heart of my practice is my belief in your incredible, innate capacity to heal and grow.

I meet you where you are, honoring your unique journey and experiences while offering approaches that are clinically-proven to help you along your chosen path. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session today.
