Spencer Galton, LPCC

Spencer has a  deep passion for helping individuals on their journey to healing, He specializes in working with those who are motivated to overcome complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. He believes in the power of experiential therapy and the transformational potential of Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ADEP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). These therapeutic approaches form the cornerstone of our practice, guiding his clients toward a more profound understanding of their inner worlds and the narratives that shape their lives.

His primary focus is on working with individuals who are determined to overcome the challenges of complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. He  embarks on a journey with clients  to help them discover the resilience and strength within them, allowing them to lead a life that is rich in purpose, connection, and personal fulfillment.

When working with clients, he prioritizes creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism. By fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, he helps client build resilience, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

About Spencer

Spencer has his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, currently completing post-graduation hours for licensure. He remains under supervision until he completes the licensure process.

Spencer accepts Colorado Medicaid (all regions), Cigna, Aetna, Anthem (BCBC), Optum (United/ UMR) and Carelon/ Kaiser Insurance. Spencer's private pay rate is $120 (reduced rate available for those in need).
